Shipping:

Domestic:

Our products are shipped out within 24 hours.  We offer expedited shipping which arrives within 2-3 business days, or economy shipping which arrives within 5-14 business days.  All of our packages are fully insured. 

All New York State Residents are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.

International:

We offer international shipping.  Our products are shipped out within 24 hours.  Expected arrival will vary from country to country.  We will do our best to have your order to you within 1 week.  You are responsible for any customs or duties levied by your country's government.  We have no control over customs.

Returns:

We offer a 30 return policy.  However, due to the nature of our business, our return policy is limited.  The following rules apply:

1. Products must be unopened in original packaging.  If a seal has been broken or even slightly torn, the product will not be returnable.  We will carefully inspect each product's condition.
2. Any product that was used or opened is non-returnable.  No exceptions
3. Shipping Fees are non-refundable.
4. Order cancellations can not be processed after the order has been shipped.
5. Refunds will be issued after product has been inspected and approved for return.  A refund will be granted in the same manner in which payment was received (ie credit card, paypal, bank transfer, etc.) Please allow 5 business day for processing.
